1）Our company promises to maintain the storage moulds in order to keep them in good condition and submit a monthly maintenance report, but we will according the mould structure ,size to charge the maintenace fee per year under without good's order circumstances. if your goods are producing that we will deduct the maintenance fee on goods in this period of time.
2）If appears these situations （fire,theft etc.）, or the above which lead to the loss or damage of the moulds, our company should be responsible for it.
3）if our company don't pay attention to broke the mould ,we will repair it and pay for the repairing.
4）Your mold only manufacture your goods .
5）We should modify or waste the mould according to our client's written permission
6）You can take back the storage moulds at any time, we do not detain them for any reason
7）if it is have something damage the interests of your company ,we will notify you instantly.
